As the recipient of the 2023 Antenna First Floor Gallery National Open Call for Exhibitions, I was invited to create a solo exhibition and accompanying publication to be printed and distributed by Antenna Press.
The resulting project is “Night Bloom,” a collection of works that celebrate the process and power of drawing. Consisting of prints, illustrations, and moving images, Night Bloom investigates how and why drawing aids us.
The show is accompanied by a book of the same title that describes the journey of overcoming creative blocks and prompts the reader to pick up a pen and draw.
